I usually have lower back pain, too. (Actaully, most of my pain is in my back. My mom thinks I'll have "back labor" when I have a baby). Have you tried a heating pad or a warm bath? Sometimes that helps, but sometimes it doesn't. I hope things get better for you! I know how you feel!
