Hi Patti,

I have fibrocystic breast disease (FBD) as well, and for a short time I was massaging the breast that hurt me the most and found that helped the pain quite a bit. Unfortunately, though, I stopped doing it and then the pain came back so I know how it feels to not be able to do work that needs to be done when you hurt. I currently see a Pain Management specialist for the problem, and it seems to be helping. I've also realized that I'm going to have to start massaging that breast again as well. I'm hoping that the combination of massage and pain meds will help ease the pain. I wish you and everyone else a pain free day.
