i need some quick advice. my lower back is killing me. it has been hurting off and on for about a month or so, but tonight it has gotten really bad. my dad thinks it could be something with my kidney. my doctor is seven hours away and i have no desire to go to anyone in my hometown, including the ER due to the fact that they are all incompetent.

if anyone has any advice to give me, or might know what to do please let me know!
