Amy, Thanks for your reply. I wouldn't worry about spotting during the first month of Lupron. I had a full fledged period and my specialist said that it is pretty common. It's after the second shot that you should be concerned. If you still have any bleeding after the second shot it means that it's not working. Keep me posted on your progress. As for me I do feel slightl better but I think that I am going to call the doctor tomorrow anyway. I know that the pain with urination is not caused by any kind of infection. I've had enough UTI's to know. From what the doctor has explained it sounds like the pain is being caused by the endo on my bladder. I don't know how to get rid of it though. I had similar pain befor my lap. Well, I hope that you are doing well with your treatment. -alison
