Dear Joy
An excellent book you may want to check out regarding dealing with past
sexual abuse is "The Courage to Heal"; there's a bunch of self-help
exercises to do, in addition to all the info stuff and is something you
can work on yourself without a counsellor, which can be helpful
especially when there's a waiting period to get in to see a counsellor.
Best of luck to you and enjoy your little holiday!
