Sounds like you've already had surgery. What has your Dr told you about this lap? Why do you think they will have to open you up? I've had several surgeries for endo and adhesions and all have been done through lap. It's difficult to say without knowing what you've already been through. The problem with adhesions is the more ops you have the more chance of them recurring. If you are in pain you have to weigh the pain to the discomfort of another op. Please let me know how you go. I'm happy to talk to you if you like, I know the distress of surgery and as I said I've been there many times, in fact I am having a hyst in June.
