Kourtney, Are you saying that the book says to avoid lettuce & brocolli?! I eat loads of lettuce, oatmeal/granola, bananas, watermelon, oranges, grapefruit, fruits, vegetables, soy products, tofu, etc. and my endo is really acting up -- lots of pain in the sacral region -- am I eating the wrong foods according to your book?
