Helen, Look for Sepragel and Flogel trials. Here is the site.

http://www.genzyme.com/ir/ggar97/surgical/surgical.htm

I found the site on Sepragel and Seprafilm...and am looking into whether another company got ahead of the game. The gel can be used laparoscopically and will not "bunch" up in the scope. This was the issue with INTERCEED and led to laparotomies. There is some data which suggests taht INTERCEED may actually cause "injury" leading to more adhesions in some, but not all individuals.

Simply by having surgery, you increase the chance of adhesions. That's the catch 22 cycle. UGH.

Thanks so much for your e-mail and support.
