This might sound like a wierd question, but I don't understand the difference between regular endo (if there is such a thing) and adhesions. Are adhesions something totally different, or are they advanced endo? It sounds like people think they are connected to surgery. Should I worry about minor surgeries like laporoscopy or is it just major surgery we're talking about? Any info is appreciated.
