That way you will only receive two or three E-Mails per day instead of 80-100. I have loved my E-Mail being set up this way! You do it the same way as signing up - I believe there is a Mail Digest box that you check but I'm not sure. Someone else in here can probably give you instructions to set up in Mail Digest Format but not me, I only have E-Mail access. My mother signed me up for this forum. Hope this helps!
