its just me.....again! I know, I've been real chatty tonight, I'll go away after this, I promise! Just wanted to share something for those of you who've been talking about this. One of my coworkers has fibromyalgia; she lives in a building with a pool and says that she tries to swim and jog lightly in the pool almost every day, she finds the heat and movement help with the pain. She also is into reike - don't know if you're familiar with that or not, I don't know all the details but it has to do with focusing and drawing in positive energy; she did reike on me once and I really felt more alert and focused and relaxed after. Its completely painless, she moved her hands gently on my shoulders and above/around that area. There's a workshop coming up here in the Sault soom that I'm going to try to go to, to learn a little more Hope you all have a good and painfree day Amy
