I am a nurse from Georgia. I learned alittle trick in nursing school that
you may want to try. Take Benadryl (start with 25 mg and see if you need
more, take no more than 50 mg.) You can buy the generic brand and save
money. This is a nonaddicitve drug that will help you sleep. I found a
generic version of Tylenol PM at SAM'S Club. It has 25 mg Benadryl and 500
mg of Tylenol. It seems to help me inbetween periods. I take Anaprox
during the day and Loratab at night during my periods. This combination
seems to help me most times. Warm, moist heat also helps, just remember at
hot bath can cause you to bleed heavier.
I am a stage 2 endo gal, diagnoised 1 1/2 years ago. If anyone has any
personal questions about what I talked about, e-mail me at
ccsu2374@earthlink.net.
Trying to remain pain free,
Abby
