Hi Toni, I have a normal resting heart rate between 120 - 140. If this is causing you problems and anitdepressants have not brung it down, there is a medication called Atenolol that you might want to ask your Dr. about. I am on it and while I can't take a large enough dose to keep my HR in the area of 80, (I have asthma and this drug can create an asthma type reaction), it has been wonderful in keeping me on the ground. Let me know if things work out. I don't know if you shake alot, but I'm telling you it is not fun. Take care of yourself and God Bless. Debby at Ranger4me2@aol.com. You can write me directly if you wish.
