I have a friend who experiences severe mood swings during pms; her doc recommended vitamin B6 which she had been taking about 6 weeks now - she says it helps her and her last pms was much better than usual. I've known her almost 20 years - believe me when I say it helped!!! It might be worth looking into; maybe a good idea to ask your doc about on Thurs. Good luck and I'll keep my fingers crossed for you Amy
