Thanks for your help. > > Jen > Hi Jen I've been off work since early Dec. and plan to return on Mar. 22. I'm worried about how I'm going to cope, especially on the bad days. I didn't actually know that I had endo before although I suspected; had the lap and cautery mid-Feb. Anyway, I used to keep a heating pad at work and used it a lot when I was working at my desk cause I used to have horrible back pains (still do!) I 'd also get up and stretch and move around instead of sitting still doing paper work for long periods. Also used lots of ibuprofen! I'm worried about going back; the lap seemed to help some but still have lots of pain; doc wants to try lupron next and the idea of working while dealing with side effects from that is scary!!! Good luck at your job and please share any ways you find that help and I'll do the same Wish you all the best, Amy
