Hi there! I often feel like something the cat dragged in, and achey achey! I find long hot bubble baths help. Also, naps; if I go more that 2 days without a nap I'm pretty much useless (and cranky) by 8 pm. I'm getting ready to go back to work on the 22nd and don't know how I'm gonna do it without naps! My hips have gotten pretty bad the last few months, and ache a lot at night. My husband got me a body pillow for Christmas, and it helps; the old hips don't seem to hurt so much when I sleep with it between my knees. Hope you find something that helps! Amy
