Re: \Lupron problemFrom: Karen (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon Mar 8 13:01:28 1999
I have been experiencing chest pains as well. Started shortly after being on Lupron. After my second month of injections, the pain became more persistent and severe. I too had to go to the emergency room. My doctor and the emergency room drs felt it was NOT lupron related, probably stress or a cold. I'm sorry, I DON'T agree. I know my body better than anyone and it's definetely due to Lupron. I have asked to be taken off the medication, even though my dr is reluctant. I don't need to experience additional pain from the Endo. I'm hoping the chest pains subside once the medication begins to wear off (still have persistent pain). I really believe it's Lupron and you're not alone. Other Endo sisters wrote me, and told me they too had experienced chest pains while on Lupron. I wish you luck and hope you begin to feel better.
