Hi Toni: You can probably get your records from your tubal and tubal reversal at the hospital where it was done. These wouldn't be your doctor's office records, but the hospital records. I just recently got mine as far back as 1986 with no problem, I would think the 70's would still be available. I just requested operative report, anesthesia and OR records, history and physical, discharge summary. You can ask for the entire record if you want it. Maine state law gives free access to medical records but just in case they gave me an argument I said they were for an out of state surgical consult, which is not necessarily a lie. You might be disappointed though-my operative report for my hyst was not very informative about the condition of my pelvis (I was supposed to have had these adhesions on my left side 20 years ago) It was mostly which type of suture they used etc etc. Your muscles will definitely be sore if you haven't bowled in awhile and have been inactive for a long time. I'm not sure how a liquid diet will help. I know some say it helps with endo, but the treatment for IBS is a high fiber diet. Chris
