I have taken Luron three times for 6 months a time with Depo Provera shots in between the periods of Lupron. I took Synarel for a year 3 times a day before taking the Lupron and I did just fine with the Lupron and Synarel. I feel a lot better when I am on it than when I am not. My boyfriend says that I'm a lot more stable and I have NO pain when I'm on the Lupron. But from what I have been reading I feel that I'm extremely lucky and the exception to the rule. From what I have read that others have posted I would be extremely cautious about using it. Best of luck to you.
