Hi everyone also! I am also new at this. I too am amazed that the number of women afflicted by this terrible disease. I personally love Lupron and wish to stay on it until I decide to have another baby or a hysterectomy right now, I am a single mom of a two year daughter. The hot flashes are tolerable to a point of taking a shower and being clean to have the hot flashes make you feel like you should take another shower but the pain is GONE for me once I am on Lupron but it returns when the series of shots is done. I have been on and off Lupron several times and the same thing happens I will feel great while on and within 3 months the symptons have returning just as severe. I have just started this again on February 26 and I am going to be fighting the insurance company to pick up its part of the tab.
