Try this and while your are on it try staying on a liquid diet as long as you can. It really stinks but it does help. It is not a long term fix but it gives some relief and if all else fails there is always the enema. yuck you don't have to tell me about it. My bowel problems didn't end until after my laproscopy and laparotomy. And then not completely until the lupron shot started to work. I hope this works!! Let me know Tina MN
