I too was taking bcps for a long time and didn't know how bad the endo was until I started having pain with intercourse. I had a lap in dec. "98 and then tried continous bcps for a few months and it didn't work. The pain was still there and I felt horrible so we decided to try the Lupron. I do also have adenomyosis but painful intercourse can be caused by many things.
