Re: I NEED ENDO SISTER HELP, IMMEDIATELY!

Hi Girls,

I've only been on the site for about a month. One thing you have all confirmed to me is that Endo causes severe moodiness. My Endo was suppressed by Lupron when my husband, Mark, and I first met 4 years ago. It returned about 4 months ago and my husband says I've changed drastically in the last 4 months which conincides with the return of my other Endo symptoms. He says I bitch all the time and nothing satisfies me and that I make mountains out of mole hills. I know most of this is caused by hormones because even when it's happening, I know it's not always rational but can't stop it.

Mark is not very educated on this disease and how it can cause these feelings. I'm not either even though I learn more and more every day from you all and books, etc. that you suggest. I'm not sure he believes me when I tell him I can't help it. I'm not on any meds...we are electrical contractors and I just went to work for him running his office a few months ago. No insurance...finances don't permit right now.

What I want to ask you guys, if you could email him and tell him your experiences with mood swings so that he might give me time to get this disease back under control. He's talking about splitting up because he doesn't understand me anymore. I know that sounds insensitive and it is somewhat...however, we've been dealing with some other issues also. We are starting counseling tonight...but, I feel he needs to hear about the effects of this disease from other women who suffer or have suffered with like symptoms. If your husbands would email him also, that would be great.

In addition, any advice on over the counter meds that could help my moods would be greatly appreciated.

My email address is acogdill@gte.net

My husband, Mark's, email address is mcogdill@gte.net

I know this sounds desperate and probably a little crazy...but, I don't believe in divorce and am getting desperate.

Please copy your emails to me privately, so that I will know what's going on if he brings them up.

Thanks for all your help before and in the future and I hope all of us are rid of this disease soon.
