I am also on Lupron, and I have found that vitamin b6 (50 millograms daily) taken regularly has really helped with the hot flashes. I have also been told that taking Black Cohosh hebal supplements can really help. I just bought some and have been taking them only two days, but if I notice any exciting results I'll let you know.
