Chris Oh okay, I see what you mean. You are talking about intrauterine insemination. I'm apparently not a candidate for that because of the obstruction in my tube. And as far as the arousal problems, I have been this way since 96, when I had the fimbriaplasty done on my tubes. I also know that my weight gain has been a factor in that also. A lot of the reason I was put on the clomid to begin with is because I was having my period every three weeks, and I didn't have the time to ovulate correctly and started going into perimenopause. It helped regulate my periods, but I wound up developing PID and inflammation of the uterus while using it. I am praying that the same thing does not occur again. And I asked my doctor the same question you asked of me, If I can't bring myself to have sex, How am I going to get pregnant. And I don't want to have sex for just that purpose, because then it's really going to seem like a job. Oh and the endo found was minimal, so it's seems as if it's the adhesions that are causing most of my problems. She said the left side was covered in them, and that they were also behind my uterus. As far as the cream goes, (I know right now she isn't anybody's favorite person} but I heard about it on the Oprah show. It was dealing with women who's libido's were waning and were of a younger age group than women suffering with menopause. A doctor on there suggested that theses women speak to their gyn's about this cream. And in addition to that there were women on there too, that had a hard time getting it prescribed for them. Hope this helps. Donna
