Dioxins

Hello! I'm new on this list, and was dignosed with stage II endo this past May. I have been trying to research endo, and I keep coming across references to dioxins. What I would like to know is, where can I find some concrete info on how to avoid exposing myself to dioxins? I know they are in bleached paper products, but that's all I have been able to find out. I have read the monkey study, etc, but nowhere have I found a useful 'how to avoid dioxins' list. My access to the web is limited at the moment so book and journal tips would be excellent. Or if anyone has any first hand info they could pass on I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks! Anne
