Hi!

If you are not satisfied with the response you got you should see a lawyer who does medical malpractice. Some do not charge you if you do not collect, some give initial consultation without charge. He/she would tell you what your chances were. He/she will not take on anything like that if he/she thought he/she would not get anything out of it. (except in very unusual cases where they might do it for the publicity it would attract) A civil lawsuit (if it were possible, I don't know) would cost you a fortune.

If the medical malpractice lawyer tells you to forget it, then forget it, as infuriating as it is. Be thankful you've found a gyn you like and forget the other one. You might want to write the gyn a letter and maybe provide copies of records that proved you really did have endo to educate her and maybe prevent this from happening to someone else.
