Re: DOES ANYONE HAVE HAIRLOSS WITH ENDO??From: Annie (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed Feb 3 15:40:30 1999
D Purdy, I have had endo for 10 years. For the past 5 of them I too have suffered hair loss. I was also very depressed, I have long blonde hair and my hair is my only thing I treasure. I have been on estrogen for the last 2 years and I have been very happy. I first noticed my hair loss when I would brush my hair daily, finding the brush loaded with hair. I used to be able to gently pull on the ends of my hair and at least 20 peices would fall right out. I was really depressed. I am not sure why my hair began to grow back, but what I think is my stress and anxiety has diminished since going on zoloft, and that I read an article about hair loss that said, your hair goes through a massive change every 7-10 years, where alot of your hair is replaced with new more healthy hair. Although this happens as a usual daily occurance, sometimes it decides to happen all at once. If you have little tiny baby hairs that are growing in the thin spots than please dont worry. My hair did the change thing for almost 2 years! I hope this info helps you. Good luck BUCKSIE@Prodigy.net -----Original Message----- From: anonymous@obgyn.net <anonymous@obgyn.net> To: Multiple recipients of list <anonymous@obgyn.net> Date: Wednesday, February 03, 1999 10:12 PM Subject: DOES ANYONE HAVE HAIRLOSS WITH ENDO??
