Here is a little more info, plus intsructions on how to start. I'm starting with 10-15 drops under the tongue morning and night. CAUTION: If you are taking any kind of perscription medication, do not use this therapy!

Make sure to gently cleanse your personal area. Not that us girls are dirty or anything, it's just to remove any fuzzies or lint. Hehe. (Well, it's a fact!) I also included the link to a woman with endo who used this therapy: http://www.icom.net/~nexus/urine.html

Urine Therapy means using your own urine externally as a way to promote and maintain health. It usually thought that urine is a toxic waste product when in fact it has been scientifically proven not to be. 95 % of urine is water 2.5 % is urea and the remaining 2.5% is a mixture of minerals, salt, hormones, and enzymes. Toxic substances are removed through the liver and intestines..

Only the substance urea can be toxic in high doses, however, in the practice of urine therapy, the small amount of urea that gets back into the body has a purifying effect.

The effects of urine therapy:

Urine can be taken internally or rubbed into the skin. It purifies the blood and tissues, and provides usefull nutrients.

Urine therapy has been practised for thousands of years both in the east and the west.

A collection of links will be provided at the end of this message.

How to use urine therapy:

(NOTE): If you are undergoing any kind of medical treatment, taking any kind of medication, or have puss in your urine, do not use this therapy.

First morning urine specimen is best. Use the mid-stream flow.

Only fresh urine should be used for internal use.

You may want to gently clean the genital area (esp. females) to maintain the urine's sterile nature.

Starting Dosages:

{Note: Up to 10 ounces have been used effectively however current reasearch indicates that much smaller doses are just as effective.)

1. On the first day, place 1 to 5 drops under the tounge with an eye dropper first thing in the morning.

2. On the 2nd day, increase to 5 to 10 drops.

3. On day 3, take 5 to 10 drops twice a day (morning and bedtime)

4. From this point on, the amount can be maintained or the dosage can be increased as needed.

Other uses for urine: - - As a douche or enema - Rubbed onto the skin for exzema, psoriasis, acne, rashes..... - rubbed into pressure points behind the ears for headaches - Rubbed into hair and scalp promotes hair growth and healthy look - Gargle with it for sore throats - eye and ear drops - Urine sniffing for sinus and respiratory problems - Soaking the feet in urine

Some of the substances found in urine:

- Urea nitrogen - Urea - Creatinin nitrogen - Uric Acid - Amino nitrogen - Ammonia nitrogen - Sodium - Potassium - Calcium - Magnesium - Chloride - Sulphate - Inorganic sulphate - Inorganic phosphate - N/10 acid

Enzymes:

- Amylase (diastase) - Lactic dehydrogenate - Leucine amino-peptidase - Urokinase

Hormones:

- Catechol amines - Hydroxy-steroids - 17-Catosteroids - Erythropoietine - Adenylate cyc - Prostaglandin's - Sex hormones

Misc:

Copper, Urobilinogen

Fact: Urine has been used in many ways by the medical community. This includes fertility drugs, cosmetics, and even serious illness related drugs.

So why would they want us to know about one of the best ways we can heal ourselves and even cure some diseases? Because it takes the profit out their hands. After all, urine is free, and we never run out.
