Hi Everyone - I wanted to tell you all that I went for my pre-operative doctor's appointment today with my new RE and at the time I arrived at his office he was concerned b/c I had not started my period - which was due on Wednesday - preg. test negative unfortunately - anyway, he did a pelvic and somehow "started" my period for me - he said if I am not done with my period by Monday (my flow is only for 2-3 days - extremely heavy though) - he will have to rescheduled my lap which is scheduled for Monday morning - he said he is doing a hysterscopy (spelling?) too - I did not have this with my last lap. - can anyone tell me a little more about it and what they look for while doing this procedure? - and tell me why he cannot perform the necessary procedures if I am still bleeding - I have waited a long time for a doctor who would at least try to find some answers to my questions/problems - and I really don't want to delay the surgery, even for a day - In the meantime, I am now enjoying terrible cramps - I know what I will be doing this weekend...me, my couch and my Vicoprofen! Hope you are all having painfree days. I have really enjoyed the Forum so far, thanks ladies for all the insight. Angel
