That's not true. Metabolic waste is excreted in urine.

Hehe, yeah, it is kind of icky isn't it. The thing is, the body flushes out all of the bad stuff not in urine, but in excrement. I can post a full description of what happens in this process if you like. As for the smell, the smell isn't really that bad. I usually put it on at night when I'm alone. It's cured my very irritated dry skin! As for endo, as well as any other major condition ( I found reference to over 175 diseases ), from what I understand, urine contains a host of personalized anti-bodies,purifying properties,hormones, etc.
