I was on lupron and experienced chest pains too! It's not in your head so don't think that for a minute! My doctor looked in the papers that came with the lupron injection and said he saw nothing about chest pains. Well i know what i felt as i am sure you know what you felt too. I took myself off the lupron after 4 months. Right now i'm pretty pissed off and sick of doctors so my current state of mind isn't much good to anyone.
