I realize it take s 2-3 months for the estrogen to work its way out of ones system before normal menses will take place. I am still having some pelvic pain througout the month and very low back pain down by my tailbone area. My gyn told me if the pain is not better he will perform a vaginal hysterctomy. Now my question is, how bad does the pain need to be for a hysterctomy to be performed? My pain is not as bad as when on the pill but it is still agravating me. I am 45 and have two teenagers.
