Hi!

I agree with you, adhesions cause pain. I know because I had them, and still do to a lesser degree, and they cause PAIN. But many of us have been told that adhesions do not cause pain. If you haven't been told that, consider yourself fortunate because it is extremely frustrating to hear that. I once posted a story about a man that was admitted to the hospital where I work with all the symptoms we talk about here and adhesions were the LAST thing the docs thought of. (I still don't know for sure that he had adhesions because he was moved off our floor, but it sure sounded like adhesions) So I posted the story about the elderly lady and her pain because I found it very encouraging that her doctors thought of adhesions first, before anything else!
