Re: AdenomyosisFrom: Melissa (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed Jan 27 14:20:50 1999
You mentioned that you have back pain and your potassium levels are off. This could be symptomatic of something wrong with your kidneys. Please follow up with your doctor immediately. -----Original Message----- From: Melissa Thomas [SMTP:anonymous@obgyn.net Sent: Wednesday, January 27, 1999 1:14 PM To: Multiple recipients of list Subject: Re: Adenomyosis I have been diagnosed with this as well. I will be having a hysterectomy soon. It sounds like you are having trouble healing from the hysterectomy, this would be unrelated to adenomyosis. Adeno is endometriosis inside the uterine wall. Did they take your ovaries with your hysterectomy? It will take time to adjust to what your body has just gone through. Call your doctor as soon as possible to get a handle on the situation. I have been diog. with this condition following hysterectomy and am not healing properly. Sever back problems, drying of internal tissues, estrogen therapy disaster and sugar levels out of sight, high and potassium levels unreadable they are so low. Please advise.
