Re: IntroductionsFrom: Melissa (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed Jan 27 14:07:40 1999
I have extensive bowel endo and the only thing I have found that helps is taking extra fiber, either through diet or Metamucil, Fibercon, etc. I have tried every medication under the sun and am running out of options other than Lupron. I am going to try changed my diet and exercise habits and see if I can control or at least maintain the cramps and sharp pain the natural way. Good Luck to you. -----Original Message----- From: Kimberly Burbine [mailto:kburbine@hotmail.com] Sent: Wednesday, January 27, 1999 1:57 PM To: Multiple recipients of list Subject: Re: Introductions I am 22 years old and was diagnosed about three years ago...things have been very difficult, especially now that i have a corporate job. People here are a lot less understanding than in college. I believe though that if i let the stress of this disease get to me, then it will only get worse. When i am stressed I tense up which causes cramps...it is a continuous unpleasant cycle! Has anyone had extensive endo on their bowels..i believe this is what i am facing now?
