No my son never complained of any pain ever, and the GI dr said he was avery sick young man, his colon was 95% ulcerated and the dr could not believe he was not in pain. He takes asacol, and IF IT IS DEFINITELY CROHN'S DISEASE, he need to be taken care of by a GI DR, but that is up to you .
