Not sure what it might be it is usually right at start of an orgasm and stops just as fast as it starts not a sharp pain just cramping kind of. I also have something happen just befor I start my period each month dont know if this is related but its kind of a anxiety attack just before I start could be an hour or more. But I get all nervous and shaky and palms sweat and light headed and stops after a few minutes then shortly I start if you have any ideas I really would appreciate any advise.
