Hi Toni! Yeah, that was me that was told yesterday that 'I'm gonna have to learn to live with my pain' oh golly, I can see why doctors get paid so much now! What a twit he was to say such a stupid thing! Obviously, I *have* been living with it. I mean, what does he think I'm gonna do, step off the earth for a while? Since we're not doctors and know nothing, then shouldn't it be assumed that we all still think the earth is flat!?! Boy, it burns my brain! And me being the strong, tough gal I am, just sat there, absorbing it all in! I'm sure one of these days I'm gonna chip a tooth, getting so frustrated and grinding my teeth! LOL! So yeah, I am taking drugs for the pain. I went from taking nothing to a gazillion and four drugs! I take anaprox for the endo pain, it kinda makes it subside for a little while. My doctor just gave me Darvon, I haven't tried it yet. I've only got 10 pills, so I have to save up for when the pain gets really bad. Then there are others that help with the endo symptoms and IBS. YIPEE!!! I'm really not trying to be bitter! You know, this same doctor also told me that depression is 'healthy' wow, did all of you know that? When I feel out of wack, he said I've got a 'good' depression. So does that mean that I can scream and cry at the top of my lungs, and when the neighbours come running in I can say "oh, it's okay, I'm having HEALTHY depression right now! Let's say you come back in half an hour and I'll be in tip top shape!" Yeah, I'm actually feeling not too bad today! I hope you are doing good too. I hope things go great for you at the PM tomorrow. Let me know how it goes! take care love Carmen :)
