Hey Carole,

Be careful you remember if you put them in or not! My sister goes to my gyn, and she embarrassed me, she went in for some sort of pain, he had to dig out a tampon that she had left in there for sometime, he said that she could have gottne sick from that tampon being in there that long, she does not even remember when she put it in. I used to use tampons during the day, But my gyn always told me to use a pad at night. Not to leave them in when I was asleep!
