Toni, Oh yes I agree,I use to swear I have a black cloud living over my house..People would be amazed everytime we turned around something new happened..It does wear you down,that is when I went into one of my depressings.Said good lord I cannot do this anymore,Your right you can only take so much then you snap..Its very hard to come out of depression too.But I knew I was suffering and got help..Depression also runs in our family.My mother suffers from chronic depression,she has been in and out of hospitals all my life..She has been heavely drugged out since I was a child for it..My Brother,My sister and my myself at one time in our life all tried to commit suicide because of depression.It is hereditary,and it something that the doctors have all told us,Beware of the signs and symptoms before its too late.. So you know hon,Its fine to be blue,but hopefully you will know when it gets beyond that point..You have many friends like myself that does care about you.I know we are thousands of miles apart,but our health problems are a common bond.Making us sisters..So here if you need to vent and let it all out..Hey you wanna know one thing I do when I am about ready to burn out..I YELL..and I am mean..Good ole scream from the toes,you would be suprised how much it lets things out..It may sound silly but it does help me..Ok your probably really thinking I am one nutso women so will stop..
