Toni-
I agree 900% with Chris - taking a high dose of medicine will only
make bad things worse!!!
All those doctors who are telling you it's in your head - you don't
want to give them an ammo to use to prove some SILLY point.
This isn't an easy battle, but it's one you've been dealt and you can
win if you don't give up.
There is nothing wrong with counseling when you've been through the
issues you've been through. Plus, by going you could reinforce those
SILLY points by showing you have already been to counseling and these
problems/pain still exist.
Think about it - Chris has some excellent points.
