I have a long history with adhesions, and I have had the most relief when they are removed and then the pelvic organs are given an anti-adhesion wash to prevent them from returning. Not all gyns know about how to prevent adhesions. So get a good surgeon. After five surgeries, I found mine through the Endo Association. Read the Sourcebook, too. Glad I did. I'm 100% and pain free. Before seeing an Endo Association doc, I was unable to walk or work and eating percocet like it was candy. Let me know how you are.
