Hi Toni,

I haven't really had to watch what I'm eating since being on the amytriptiline. It's an antidepressant, so it makes you less depressed. I'm taking it at low dosage, only 20 mg per day, so the side effects might be proportional to dosage; I don't know for sure about that. I did feel dizzy the first few times I took it, but now I don't feel that. I guess you'll just have to see how it affects you. The one thing I've learned since being on this list in the last two weeks is that we all have different experiences with all of these treatments. I'm curious what dosage you are taking? talk to ya later,
