GLA is an oil and is extracted from seeds of black currant and evening primose. So it is my understanding that the only way to get GLA is from "human milk" (YUK!) or evening primose oil. I mailed your info packet out yesterday and it will give you all this info and possibly answers all your questions. Hopefully you will get it by the weekend, that is if the holiday doesn't delay the mail. Please let me know if I can do anything else for you. I am ALWAYS available.
