The good ones seem hard to come by. I have also learned that many doctors don't seem to like to treat those with chronic conditions who can tell them what works and what doesn't, they like to call all the shots. I know where you are coming from with the pity poos too. My very best friend is pregnant and due on January 5. She told me she was pregnant right at the same time I told her I was moving out of state. I knew I would never be able to experience pregnancy myself and I really wanted to be able to experience it through her, with her. When I learned I wouldn't be able to do that I had a severe case of the pity poos. I hope that you have a safe and happy new year.
