Re: Attn Chris & Kelly Endo & DietFrom: anonymous@obgyn.netThu Dec 31 12:33:14 1998
Hi Yenta, Depending on the type of BC pills (whether they are higher in estrogen or progesterone) I would consult my dr. before using the natural progesterone cream. No, you can't get the natural progesterone from a health food store. There are actually two types, suppositories (you need a prescription for those) and the cream. I use the cream and purchase it from my herbalists. I have an overwhelming amount of info sheets on all the herbs I mentioned, but it is too much to download on my PC and scan, so you may e-mail me privately with your snail address or a fax number. I can put together an info packet on all the herbs (primose oil, natural progesterone, red resberry, etc) and mail it to you. The aerobic debate is still kinda up in the air for me. I have been taking kickboxing for almost five months and this is one of the most beneficial things I could have done. It is helped keep my adhesions from becoming tight and kept me pretty limber. I love it and wouldn't give it up for nothing. Please let me know what you would like me to do about getting this info to you. Lots of Love and Have a Wonderful New Year !! Love, Kelly Tucker
