Susan I am so sorry to hear about your botch surgery..that is horrible.. I am happy to hear you searched a doctor who was able to do what they did.. I am not sure about the diet, and vitamins..I know they do play a good roll in your health..I am horrible when it comes to eating right and taking my vitamins..But trying to work on that.. As for adhesions that area i am learning more and more about..yes those little tugs are more than likely adhesions or gas that hits the adhesions causing flair ups..Can they get worse?Yes Can they stay the same?Yes.will more surgery produce more adhesions more than likely. Good luck Hoping you stay pain free Kimmi Women and Children First http://members.tripod.com/~ibkimmi/ Daveinma@ix.netcom.com Join our webring Women and Children http://members.tripod.com/~ibkimmi/page19.html Join our New webring Lean On Me http://members.tripod.com/~ibkimmi/page27.html Our New Magical Christmas Place http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Pointe/2308/
