I'm forty-six and did the diet route. I researched for years before I hit a combo that actually increased my painfree days and decreased severe pain days. It took 3 months before I seen results. I stayed on it for five years till my endo went into remission. I am now almost totally painfree. This is what worked for me: Cut out 90-95% dairy products. Cut out most red meat. Cut GREEN vegetables completely (Cabbage included in this group) Keep fat under 30% Limit juices Eat only fish from deep cold ocean. Stop any aerobic exercising. If possible acupunture. (make sure its someone who is experienced with endo) My information from this came from two Drs who specialized with diet and endo. I got some of the info from Chinese books on women with endo. A dietitian form Boston helped me make it all work. Aerobic excreting irritates endo. I have read it many times. I use to be really into it and that was hard to adjust. No riding motorcycles or horseback riding either. It is a limited lifestyle but to my amazement it actually worked! Chris
