Hi Heidi,

I want to jump in and add my two cents regarding adhesions and herbal therapy. My herbalist told me that taking lots of Vitamin E will help keep adhesions and scar tissue from developing. She told me basically that when you have a scar (any type), most people are told to put Vitamin E on it to diminish the size and and possibly keep the scar from forming too badly. For as long as I can remember, everytime I did have any type of accident that resulted in a scar, I rubbed Vitamin E on it and it did keep it from getting worse and one of my scars is actually gone, you can barely see it. So this is how I view Vitamin E relative to adhesions and scar tissue, the more Vitamin E you take, the less likely you are to have more scar tissue and/or adhesions.

I am not a doctor, but I trust my herbalist and common sense tells me to try it. It can't hurt, only help.

Sorry for butting in, but I did want to give my view on adhesion formation.

Lots of Love and Happy New Year !!!

Love, Kelly Tucker
